We all have a story, how we make sense of that story matters.
Our initial sessions will focus on getting to know one another and defining your needs and goals. You will learn a variety of new coping skills as I guide you in processing your unique history and current circumstances. I will encourage you to consider and pursue the best care options, while offering perspective and hope for healing.
